1. Booking Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm each reservation.
The deposit amount will be clearly displayed prior to payment.
The deposit is applied to the total cost. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
The deposit is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
The deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If the booking is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled jump time, the deposit cannot be transferred to a different date or time.
If the booking is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled jump time, the deposit may be transferred to a different date or time.

3. Rescheduling and Name Changes
You may change the name on your booking at any time.
Rescheduling is allowed until 6:00 PM (PST/PDT) on the day before your scheduled jump, provided the booking was made more than 48 hours in advance.
Deposits will be transferred to the new date or time, subject to availability and any price differences.

4. Participant Requirements
All participants must be over 18 years of age on the date of the jump.
Participants must weigh less than 240 lbs (110 kg) to be eligible for tandem skydiving.

5. SMS and Email Communication
SMS Notifications:
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive booking-related SMS messages, including confirmations and reminders.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Email Notifications:
By providing your email address, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your booking.
Marketing emails will only be sent if you explicitly opt in.
You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in each email.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only to process and manage your booking.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
If third-party services (such as SMS or email providers) are used, you agree to the privacy policies and data processing terms of those services.

7. Service Provider and Liability Disclaimer
Jump TM LLC provides a booking service for tandem skydiving.
The actual tandem skydiving experience is operated by a third-party provider: Skydive San Joaquin Valley Inc.
Upon arrival at the drop zone, you will be required to sign a liability waiver issued by Skydive San Joaquin Valley Inc., confirming your acceptance of their service terms.
Jump TM LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, safety, or service quality of Skydive San Joaquin Valley Inc.

8. Weather Conditions
Safety is our priority. All jumps are subject to suitable weather conditions.
In case of unfavorable weather (e.g., high winds, low clouds, rain), the jump may be rescheduled or canceled at the sole discretion of Skydive San Joaquin Valley Inc.
If the jump is rescheduled due to weather, your deposit will be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
If the jump is canceled due to weather and not rescheduled, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Jump TM LLC is not liable for any costs or losses incurred due to delays, cancellations, or rescheduling caused by weather (including travel or accommodation expenses).

9. Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are issued in the name of a specific individual and can only be used by the named recipient.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Gift certificates are valid for 180 days from the date printed on the certificate.
After the expiration date, unused certificates are void. Extensions may be granted only by prior request before the expiration date.

10. Governing Law and Limitation of Liability
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from the use of Jump TM LLC’s services shall be resolved exclusively in the Van Nuys Courthouse, Los Angeles County, California.
Jump TM LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- refusal or inability to complete a jump (including weather conditions, equipment issues, or third-party actions);
- delays, cancellations, or schedule changes;
- acts or omissions of third-party operators (including Skydive San Joaquin Valley Inc.).
Jump TM LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the booking.
